  • How long will my order take to process? Most orders are processed with 1-3 business days. Custom or personalized orders 
  • How Can I Track My Order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. You can then use this number to track your orders progress. Tracking information within 24 hours after shipping.
  • Why have I only received part of my order? If you order multiple items they may be shipped form different warehouses to ensure quicker delivery. Therefore, you may receive some items before others.
  • What are the associated shipping charges? Good news, we are currently running a FREE SHIPPING promotion.
  • What happens if my item is incorrect or damaged? Simply contact us with the details - photo of damage, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
